No pets, Parties or Events

Kitchen note, please do not put down the drains any food residus as the drains are narrow and they can clog up easily
No eating or drinking in the bedrooms
No smoking inside the house
Organic waist is to be put in closed bags inside the brown top container located at the entrance of the building
Recycling (Plastic, Wood, Metal) is to be put inside the yellow top bin located at the entrance of the building
Glass Bottles are to be rinsed and left in the bin the entrance door of the apartment ( there are specific recycling points in town for this, when the bin is full we will take it to the recycling)
Do not take sheets off the bed, we will do it
Tell us if you broke or stained something before you leave
Lock doors when absent
Respect our neighbours and keep quiet hours from 9 pm to 9 am
Lost Key fee is 200 euros.
Upon departure, please leave keys inside KEYBOX at the entrance of the building using the same code you received upon check in, check that it is locked
